We hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you need to return something, we are here to help. We offer a straightforward refund policy to address your concerns.

Once order has gone through it would be booked with our pet courier service, the delivery charge cannot be reversed. There is no REFUND on parrots once taken out of the store or been delivered so please make sure of everything before going ahead. If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible here. Please note, orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In this case, please wait to receive the order and then follow our returns process.

Apart from parrots all other items can be returned within 14 days and items should be in unused condition, customer will be responsible for any return postage. Once item has been received then a refund will be issued. You can return any purchased item, for any reason. All we ask is that you return it unused, in its original condition and packaging. Please reach out to our online customer service team here for your return reference number and ensure the goods are returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

  • Refunds are not applicable for perishable goods (e.g., opened parrot food) unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Return the Item: Ship the product back to us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

NOTE: Please register your parrot at a vet for a general health check-up, within a weeks’ time of purchase just to make sure that everything is fine with the bird you have bought. If there is any issues/problems please contact us within a week’s time as after that no responsibility will be taken. No Refunds are given under any circumstances Thank you
